This book examines the impact that uncontrollable stress has on our coping skills. Chapters look at the dynamics behind anxiety, depression, boundary problems, passivity, helplessness, perfectionism, procrastination, and poor self-confidence. Practical suggestions will help you change old ways of thinking and unproductive patterns in order to be more satisfied with your coping and your life. This book is available for you as a paperback or in a hardcover format.

Jesus says that, “My Sheep Hear My voice” in John chapter ten. This devotional book will help you draw closer to God in your daily life.  These 30 meditations (one for each day of the month) focus on helping you access comfort, courage, and power for daily living.  Topics include: belonging, acceptance, freedom from guilt, freedom from rejection, forgiveness, prayer, how to keep a positive mind set of faith, and resting in the peace of God.  Each reading includes a color illustration and questions for reflection to help you deepen your connection to God. This book is also available on Kindle.

Correcting Distortions In Your View of God: How to Unload Baggage that Blocks Your Vision helps you understand why you may have trouble feeling close to God even though you are trying your best to follow Him. Many women of faith live with nagging feelings that they aren’t doing enough to please God which results in chronic guilt.  This book explains how to 1.  RECOGNIZE Distortions, 2.  RELEASE Barriers, and 3. BUILD a solid faith based on relationship rather than duty.     The book explores the roots of some common distortions:  perfectionism, rejection, dysfunctional families, trauma, or legalistic experiences with church.  There are quizzes and questions to help you recognize your personal distortions.  I have included prayers that have helped women release their distortions.  The last sections of the book explain how to build a solid foundation of faith that is not based on guilt or religious duty but on connection to Jesus Christ and His invitations to approach Him for what you need.

Life Without Baggage is a workbook that explains how emotional baggage accumulates through bad experiences (as most people understand). However, many people are trying to release the baggage from the stresses of life but still feel stuck. This Christian book illuminates how to identify the hooks that hold lingering baggage in place.  This workbook will help you:

Chapters focus on the interactions with Mary and Martha as they grieved the death of Lazarus.
